Enfield electrofusion polypropylene acid waste systems effectively handle a variety of corrosive chemicals and pH levels found in various chemical waste applications. Fittings are constructed with a heavy-gauge resistance wire integrally molded in the socket, with jointing completed by energizing the resistance wire via a microprocessor controlled Enfusion Control Unit. The result is unprecedented control of jointing and unparalleled joint reliability and repeatability in above- and below-grade acid waste applications. Enfield offers NSF-approved polypro fittings manufactured from flame-retardant polypropylene, which has an operating temperature range from -10°F (-23°C) to 212°F (100°C). Several joints can be made at one time. Fittings are quick and easy to connect and install and are maintenance free. Enfield Electrofusion double sanitary tee socket fittings come in 1-1/2", 2", 3" and 4" sizes.
